EZ Air Freights ("we," "our," or "us"), operated under R&V Growth LLC, provides freight quoting, logistics services, and related operational support.

By using our website and/or submitting a freight request, you agree to the following terms:

Services Offered:

Freight quoting services

Freight coordination and booking services

Warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics support

Consulting and logistics planning services

Use of Services:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.

We reserve the right to decline any quote or service request at our sole discretion.

Quotes and Bookings:

Quotes provided are based on available market rates and valid at the time of issuance.

Quoted rates are subject to change if shipment details provided are inaccurate, incomplete, or if market conditions shift.

Payments:

Invoices will be issued following quote acceptance.

Services are contingent upon timely payment as outlined in individual service agreements or invoices.

Refunds:

All payments are final.

No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability:

EZ Air Freights and R&V Growth LLC assume no liability for loss, damage, or delay to shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard liability for services rendered is $0, unless the customer elects to purchase insurance through a third-party provider upon request.

Intellectual Property:

All website content, logos, and materials are property of R&V Growth LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
